We are happy to offer again a massage workshop  in 2026 at our farm in our yoga shale ❤️

This workshop is for people who are interested in the ayurvedic foot massage or the alchemy of the touch of the feet.

A foot massage is one of the part body massages that brings deep relaxation in the whole body and can help to have a better sleep in the night. You can massage the feet of your partner, your child or any person you want to give a present with this wonderful relaxinig shared time and soft touch. Its the best for the course to come as two people to exchange and learn together, give and receive.

This ayurvedic massage includes different massage strokes with a high quality massage oil including the marma points of the foot. You will experience how this massage brings you close moments, relaxed feet and a deep calmness.

There will be chai, coffee and Ayurveda pastry during the break.
