Ayurvedic Nutrition & Cooking

When the diet is wrong, medicine is of no use;
when the diet is right, medicine is of no need.

ocean of consciousness.

An important part of Ayurveda is nutrition. Through the food you eat you build up and nourish your body and every single cell. With the food you choose you can strengthen your health and mental clarity.

In Ayurveda they say that there are 3 basic constitutions /
metabolic types in humans

Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Each constitution is characterized by individual physical needs and characteristics, which are addressed in Ayurvedic nutrition and health counseling.

When you watch some plants you can see that not every plant grows well in the same conditions. Some need a shadow place, others love more sun. Some like to have more water, others can’t stand that. There are a lot of influences that support that each plant can grow in its own wonderful unique way. To know about these conditions, brings a deep understanding about what’s good and not good for this growing. It is the same with us humans.

Everyone understands more about what constitutes good food and its effects on the body than ever before.

We will look at that from an Ayurvedic point of view and offer you the possibility to integrate Ayurvedic nutrition sensibly and appropriately into your everyday life.

In a one hour appointment we will talk about your expectations and health concerns and how you could change your way of cooking step by step into Ayurvedic cooking. We will have a look at your life circumstances and your possibilities therefore. Also we will be happy to give you individual recommendations and, if you wish, send you additional recipes by e-mail while answering any questions that may arise.

Ayurvedic nutrition and health consultations serve as self-help and can support you to feel more balanced and energetic.
