Out of her life-long love for plants and herbs, naturopathy and vegetarian cooking, Sonja started many years ago a wonderful education in Ayurveda as an ayurvedic nutritionist in the Ayurvedic Academie in Birstein, Germany. Wanting to fall even deeper in this wonderful world of Ayurveda, she studied the Ayurvedic massage and continued to Ayurvedic Therapist.
The Academy in Birstein, the Ayurvedic University Hospital in Pune and the AYUSH Center in Delhi were different places where she studied and learned. Further, she has worked extensively as a professional diagnostic laboratory technician, specializing in the field of transplant diagnostics which has given her a great insight into the workings of conventional medicine, for which she has also developed a deep respect.
On top of this, she has organized and conducted numerous nutrition and cooking workshops, for example in universities, on television and in people’s homes. Her Ayurveda Massage studio in the Fabrik Center in Aachen is well loved and successful and through all of these various endeavors, plus her extra work in gardening and food production itself, she has acquired a wealth of experience to pass on.
