We will be growing all our own Napa cabbage, carrots, garlic, daikon, spring onions, pumpkin, pear and apple ourselves, and even we are starting to grow an experimental small amount of Belgian Ginger, which may or may not work out..!
You will learn how to make excellent Kimchi (non-pasteurised, fermented properly) for yourself and take home your fresh self-made Kimchi of the very highest quality possible, in a 500g Weck glass.
Statement about organic-ness: the only non-organic ingredient used is the excellent spicy red Korean pepper we use, as we have not found an organic equivalent.
If you don’t have the time to join the course but can’t live without the Kimchi, you can buy it directly from us at a discount if you order and pay in advance. We will be producing in 500g and 1 kg Weck glasses with the ring and clip system.
