Made from our own tender pointed cabbage 🌿, planted in March and harvested at peak freshness. Lightly seasoned with caraway, bay leaf, and juniper berries 🌱, then naturally fermented with pure Himalayan pink salt 🩷.

Totally alive & unpasteurized — bursting with vitamins, enzymes, and probiotics. Delicious eaten raw for full nutritional benefit, but also wonderful cooked. Add it to almost anything for an instant flavour and health upgrade ✨.

Our winter sauerkraut can last for months, but this delicate cabbage variety is best enjoyed within 3 months for peak flavour. Keep the lid closed as much as possible to avoid contamination. Stored in the fridge, it will keep well for a long time ❄️.
