We will be growing again our own delicious Napa cabbage, carrots, garlic, daikon, spring onions, pumpkin, pear and apple ourselves, and even we are starting to grow an experimental small amount of Belgian Ginger, which may or may not work out..!
From the fresh harvest of our vegetables you will learn how to make excellent Kimchi (non-pasteurised, fermented properly) for yourself being involved in our yearly Kimchi production from which you will take home your fresh self-made Kimchi of the very highest quality possible, in a 500g Weck glass.
You will also learn about the health benefits of Kimchi and all fermented products and how positive they influence your gut health.
The only non-organic ingredient used is the excellent high quality spicy red Korean pepper we use, as we have not found an organic equivalent.
If you don’t have the time to join the course but can’t live without the Kimchi, you can buy it directly from our farmshop. We will be producing in 500g and 1 kg Weck glasses with the ring and clip system.
