Ayurvedic massage with Sonja – Oil-pouring – Little Shirodhara

This softening oil-pouring over the the marmapoints of your forehead brings a deep relaxation and you just can let go.

Its a very special treatment in Ayurveda which I offer for 10 minutes. 500ml of  herbal warm oil will soften the face muscles and rinse away all the tension of the mind. Recommended as an additional treatment to a face massage or an abhyanga.
