Out of my life-long love for plants and herbs, naturopathy and vegetarian cooking, I started many years ago a wonderful education in Ayurveda as an ayurvedic nutritionist in the Ayurvedic Academie in Birstein, Germany. Wanting to fall even deeper in this wonderful world of Ayurveda, I studied the Ayurvedic massage and continued to Ayurvedic Therapist.
The Academy in Birstein, the Ayurvedic University Hospital in Pune and the AYUSH Center in Delhi were different places where I studied and learned. Further, I have worked extensively as a professional diagnostic laboratory technician, specializing in the field of transplant diagnostics which has given me a great insight into the workings of conventional medicine, for which I have also developed a deep respect.
I also organized and conducted numerous nutrition and cooking workshops, for example in universities, on television and in people’s homes. My Ayurveda Massage studio that had its place in the Fabrik Center in Aachen was well loved and successful, I moved with my work to our farm and I practice Ayurveda at our lovely place. Through all of these various endeavors, plus my extra work in gardening and food production itself, I have acquired a wealth of experience.

“According to Ayurvedic principles, by understanding oneself, by identifying one’s own constitution, and by recognizing sources of doshic aggravation, one can not only follow the proper guidelines to cleanse, purify, and prevent disease, but also uplift oneself into a realm of awareness previously unknown.”
Vasant Lad
„Because we cannot scrub our inner body we need to learn skills to help cleanse our tissues, organs and mind. This is the art of Ayurveda“.

„Ayurveda teaches us to cherish our innate nature. To love and honor who we are, not as what people think or tell us how we should be“.
Prana Gouge
„The doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patient in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease“.
Thomas A. Edison
„Ayurveda is a sister philosophy to yoga. It is the science of life or longevity and it teaches about the power and the cycles of nature as well as the elements“.
