Hooray, after a long pause, we are opening again on the 18th May 2023.
This time of the year in Belgium was known traditionally as “the hungry gap”, many years ago. At this time of year people were down to their last stored vegetables and fruits, and every body is waiting for the new growing season to deliver. We are in the same position, our crops are growing well, and we will have abundance before so long. In the meantime, we open the shop with a fine selection of regional vegetables, obviously organic, and unfortunately somewhat pricey. We can’t wait to be selling our own produce, but just to begin with, we have to be a little patient. Nonetheless, we think you will agree, our quality remains excellent.
