Although we are full of joy waiting for sunshine and spring, we are always enchanted by the beautiful January. At the moment, nature is sleeping, nothing is growing and only a little kale, Brussels sprouts and lamb’s lettuce are waiting to be eaten. But soon we will start sowing our first vegetables again.
