We are really into fermented foods because we have been eating and making them for years, and we see the results listed below. On top of that we use pretty much 100% ingredients from our own farm, and we use the Pink Pakistan / “Himalaya” salt exclusively. We are unaware of any better quality anywhere quite honestly.

So why not give it a try. We’ve been super busy making Sauerkraut, Kimchi, our new Beetroot/Carrot mix, Jalapeños (mild), Red Chillies, and an amazing Tomato ferment. They are all fantastic, and they should be available all through the winter months in our wonderful little shop.
