La m\u00e9thode utilis\u00e9e consiste \u00e0 inoculer nos propres troncs de ch\u00eane et de h\u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de blanc achet\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un fournisseur biologique. Les participants apprendront une partie de la th\u00e9orie impliqu\u00e9e et assisteront et participeront \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pratique des troncs d&rsquo;arbre avec l&rsquo;injection subs\u00e9quente de l&rsquo;eau de mer qu&rsquo;ils contiennent. Nous couperons les troncs d&rsquo;arbres sur notre propre terrain au d\u00e9but du mois d&rsquo;avril, pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s sur le parcours. Il est possible que nous assistions \u00e0 une production de champignons en automne de cette ann\u00e9e si tout va bien, sinon nous verrons le v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9but de la fructification l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine. Ils devraient ensuite fructifier pendant 3 \u00e0 7 ans s&rsquo;ils sont bien entretenus. Les participants au cours pourront emporter une b\u00fbche chez eux ou nous laisser leur b\u00fbche nominative.
