utilise donc le Chipotle Morita du Mexique, un d\u00e9licieux Chipotle fum\u00e9 sur un foyer souterrain en bois de p\u00e9can, tout \u00e0 fait d\u00e9licieux si vous aimez le go\u00fbt fum\u00e9 dans vos plats. Je l&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire de mon fr\u00e8re Chris, qui l&rsquo;a trouv\u00e9 alors qu&rsquo;il vivait au Mexique.<\/p>\n<p>Quelle que soit la variante, et il y en a beaucoup au Mexique, toutes sont d\u00e9licieuses et on peut en arroser presque n&rsquo;importe quoi. J&rsquo;en ai m\u00eame mang\u00e9 sur un croissant au chocolat pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner. Nous proposons une version douce et une version \u00e9pic\u00e9e, mais nous avons toujours eu du mal avec le Chipotle Morita lui-m\u00eame. Malheureusement, en plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre tr\u00e8s cher, ce produit n&rsquo;est pas r\u00e9gional, il demande beaucoup de travail (parce qu&rsquo;il faut enlever les graines manuellement, sinon il n&rsquo;a pas bon go\u00fbt, et cela prend beaucoup de temps) et il n&rsquo;est pas biologique. Nous avons donc cherch\u00e9 longtemps et avons finalement trouv\u00e9 un paprika fum\u00e9 incroyable qui, bien que cher, \u00e9limine les autres critiques. Merveilleux. De la m\u00eame source, nous utilisons une excellente poudre de piment biologique, que nous compl\u00e9tons avec nos piments cultiv\u00e9s sur place (jalapeno, reaper, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Nous incluons \u00e9galement nos propres noix et l&rsquo;ail provient \u00e9galement du Ranch. La r\u00e9colte d&rsquo;ail de cette ann\u00e9e s&rsquo;annonce d\u00e9j\u00e0 excellente, alors croisons les doigts pour que nous ayons un bon Macha cette ann\u00e9e. Pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer ce produit vraiment d\u00e9licieux, nous l&rsquo;annon\u00e7ons sous le nouveau nom de <b>Arthur&rsquo;s Macha <\/b>.
