Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mon amour de toujours pour les plantes et les herbes, la naturopathie et la cuisine v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, j’ai commenc\u00e9 il y a de nombreuses ann\u00e9es une merveilleuse formation en Ayurveda en tant que nutritionniste ayurv\u00e9dique \u00e0 l’Acad\u00e9mie Ayurv\u00e9dique de Birstein, en Allemagne. D\u00e9sireuse de plonger encore plus profond\u00e9ment dans le monde merveilleux de l’Ayurveda, j’ai \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le massage ayurv\u00e9dique et j’ai poursuivi ma formation en tant que th\u00e9rapeute ayurv\u00e9dique. <\/p>\n

L’Acad\u00e9mie de Birstein, l’h\u00f4pital universitaire ayurv\u00e9dique de Pune et le centre AYUSH de Delhi sont autant d’endroits o\u00f9 j’ai \u00e9tudi\u00e9 et appris. En outre, j’ai beaucoup travaill\u00e9 en tant que technicien de laboratoire de diagnostic professionnel, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans le domaine des diagnostics de transplantation, ce qui m’a permis de mieux comprendre les rouages de la m\u00e9decine conventionnelle, pour laquelle j’ai \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un profond respect. <\/p>\n

J’ai \u00e9galement organis\u00e9 et dirig\u00e9 de nombreux ateliers de nutrition et de cuisine, par exemple dans des universit\u00e9s, \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et chez des particuliers. Mon studio de massage ayurv\u00e9dique, situ\u00e9 dans le Fabrik Center d’Aix-la-Chapelle, a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 et a connu un grand succ\u00e8s ; j’ai d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 avec mon travail dans notre ferme et je pratique l’ayurv\u00e9da dans notre charmante maison. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 toutes ces activit\u00e9s, ainsi qu’\u00e0 mon travail suppl\u00e9mentaire dans le domaine du jardinage et de la production alimentaire, j’ai acquis une grande exp\u00e9rience. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
